Install X-bracing and holdowns as required.

brace, secure, square,
level/shim and plumb as

Load and install subflooring. Load 2nd floor exterior walls.
Measure, layout and snap lines, place, secure and brace exterior walls. Verify square, level and plumb of walls.
Install WRB at openings
and wall panel seams.
Install bucking/flashing
at Window openings as
required.

Install X-bracing, additional insulation, RC channel and fire-rated sheathing on walls as required. All interior sheathing and finish processes are the same as standard construction.
Install wood ledgers,
walkways, landings, stairs
and other structure
components as required.
