EXTERIOR FINISHING- DEFS STUCCO
Install DEFS elastomeric stucco system to exterior. Rasp walls, cut grooves, install corner/other stucco trim pieces. On X4 wall type, apply two basecoat-mesh layers, primer and final finish coats. On MX7 wall type, paint or spray textured finish directly.
EXTERIOR STRUCTURES
Install wood ledgers, walkways, landings, stairs and other structure components as required. Most exterior elements can be connected to a Kratos building using standard building materials and methods.
SHEAR & FIRE-RATED WALLS
Install X-bracing, additional insulation, and multiple layers of fire-rated sheathing on fire/demising walls as required. All interior sheathing and finish processes are the same as standard construction.
WINDOW PREP
Install WRB at openings and wall panel seams. Install bucking/flashing at Window openings as required. Window & Door installation processes are the same as standard construction.
MEP INSTALLATION
Prepunched service holes help speed up the process of MEP installation by up to 50% and makes for a clean, professional installation.
ROOF INSTALLATION
Install ridge, hip, valley and sub-fascia metals as required, then roof sheathing. All dry-in and finish processes are the same as standard construction in this phase.
ROOF TRUSSINSTALLATION
Install remaining trusses, and all temporary and permanent bracing as required.
2nd FLOOR WALLROOF TRUSS INSTALLATION
Measure and layout Trusses, set clips. For Hip roofs, assemble girder/corner/jacks as assembly and lift, secure in place.
2nd FLOOR WALLINSTALLATION

2nd FLOOR DECKINGINSTALLATION
Load and install subflooring. Load 2nd Floor Exterior Walls.
