Install floor trusses and blocking as required.
FOUNDATION POUR
All processes are the same as standard construction in this phase.
Wall Installation
Add Sealant to Slab, place panel, secure to slab, set wall braces and check for plumb and level. Install X-bracing and holdowns as required.
Installation Prep
Delivery & Staging of Walls, Trusses & materials at site.
Foundation Prep
Forming & MEP Underground work. All processes are the same as standard construction in this phase.
